For the last 30 years he has held the position of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and/or Chief Operating Officer. His major areas of responsibilities are accounting, finance, cash management, debt management, taxes, budgets, legal, investments, insurance, employee benefits, and functioning as Third Party Logistics team leader/coordinator.
Tom received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Political Science from Appalachian State University in 1977 and his Masters in International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina in 1979. He is also a Certified Management Accountant, Cash Manager, Insurance Counselor, and Property Casualty Underwriter.
Manager Distribution Service, BSM Division
Henry has 23 Years of Management Service and Experience in Retail, Customer Service, Purchasing and Distribution Operations for multiple sites through out the US. He focuses on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in all aspects and areas of business. This is to ensure the highest level of Service to Customers and 3rd party business with measurable and accountable standards/goals.
Keith is a proven operational manager with 27 years of experience in all aspects of warehousing and distribution. He has over 11 years experience in lot tracking and expiration date picking. He has Implemented distribution operational procedures for lot tracking at current facility.
Business Development and Project Management
Craig has over 20 years of professional experience as an operations leader. Nineteen of those years were with one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. During that time he held both domestic and international leadership roles in manufacturing and supply chain operations. Some of the specific areas of responsibility were manufacturing leadership of a 24/7 operation, large-scale project management, Sales & Operations Planning, strategic direction setting/execution, P&L, and 3PL/contract manufacturing services management. Craig's practical and strategic experience combined with our operations team's track-record of performance leads to excellent solutions for our customers' order fulfillment and distribution requirements.
Information Technology Manager
Lazaro has over 16 years of professional experience working in Information Technology. Ten of those years he has working in the call center - customer service industry, project management and large and complex IT Infrastructure implementation. For the last 6 years he was primarily focused in Manufacturing and Distribution industry. His responsibilities include oversight of the IT department and associated support staff, project management, budget management, vendor management, strategic planning and leadership development.
Quality Assurance Director
Stefanie has over 17 years experience of managing drugs, quality assurance, quality control, regulatory affairs and production for the pharmaceutical industry. She is currently responsible for management of IPD’s Quality System and supervision of personnel involved in inspection, testing, distribution and control of drug products and packaging components.
She is responsible for IPD's compliance to all regulatory requirements, complaint handling, annual product reviews, product stability studies, documentation control, quality systems auditing, deviations, non-conformance and out-of-specification investigations, CAPA, validation of equipment cleaning, processes and test methods. Experience in managing Contract Manufacturers, product manufacturing site transfers and quality auditing. cGMP compliance, Productivity Improvement and Total Quality Management.
